Terms of use

We act as an intermediary that helps you source, inspect, buy and export used cars from Korea. Unless we state otherwise for a specific car, we are not the original seller: we purchase the car from a dealer, private seller or auction on your behalf and arrange its export and shipping.

Many listings come from third-party marketplaces in Korea and are updated automatically. We translate and present them carefully, but specifications, photos, prices and reports are provided by others and may contain errors. A car may change price or be sold at any time, including after you view or save it. When you reserve a car online we hold it for you for 24 hours while you pay the deposit; if the deposit is not received in that time, the reservation is cancelled automatically and the car is released.

Prices are set in Korean won. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates based on recent exchange rates and are for guidance only. Your invoice states the final amounts and the currency you must pay in. Displayed prices do not include shipping, our service fee, import duties or local charges unless stated.

To reserve a car you pay a deposit of 10% of its price. The deposit is deducted from the car price on your invoice.

• Your deposit is refunded if we cannot secure the car, for example because it is sold to someone else first.
• Your deposit is refunded if our re-inspection reveals significant issues that were not disclosed in the listing and you choose not to continue.
• Once the car has been purchased on your behalf, the deposit is no longer refundable, and it may be kept, in full or in part, to cover losses if you do not pay the balance on time. For auction purchases, the auction house’s rules on cancellation and penalties apply.

Refunds are made to the original payment method or credited to your account balance, within a reasonable time after the refund is approved.

Official inspection reports and insurance histories shown on listings are prepared by third parties and are provided for information. Our own re-inspection is a visual and functional check carried out before purchase; it reduces risk but cannot reveal every hidden defect. Used cars are sold in their existing condition.

After the car is purchased, the balance of your order is due within 2 days. Payment is made by bank transfer to one of the accounts shown on your order page, where you also upload the transfer receipt for us to verify. Auction purchases must be paid in full within 2 business days of the invoice. Late payment may lead to storage charges, cancellation of the order and loss of the deposit.

We arrange shipping to the destination agreed in your order. Shipping times are estimates and depend on carriers, vessel schedules, weather and customs. Unless your invoice states otherwise, responsibility for the car passes to you when it is handed to the carrier for export. We recommend marine insurance, which we can help arrange on request.

You are responsible for making sure the car can legally be imported and registered in your country, and for paying all import duties, taxes, port charges, inspections and registration fees there. We are not responsible if a car is refused entry because of local rules such as age, emissions or steering-side restrictions.

You may cancel before the car is purchased and receive your deposit back where the refund conditions above apply. After the car has been purchased, cancellation is only possible if we agree, and costs already incurred (such as purchase, storage and transport costs, and any auction penalties) may be deducted from amounts you have paid.

We carry out our service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for delays or events outside our reasonable control, or for errors in third-party listing data. Our total liability for any order is limited to the service fee paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of [venue to be confirmed], unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new reservations from the date shown at the top. Orders already in progress continue under the terms that applied when they were placed.
